Sannia Ashfaq is the ex-wife of former cricketer Imad Wasim and a well-known social media personality. The couple got married in 2019, at a time when Imad Wasim was at the peak of his cricketing career. Sannia was deeply devoted to her husband, and together they have three children: Inaya, Ryan, and Zayan.

In July 2025, while Sannia Ashfaq was expecting her third child, reports surfaced that Imad Wasim had begun dating digital creator Nyla Rajah. Several photos and videos of Imad Wasim and Nyla Rajah went viral on social media during the same month. This was later indirectly acknowledged by Sannia Ashfaq through an Instagram post following the birth of her son, Zayan.

Today, Sannia Ashfaq broke her silence after her husband announced their divorce. She shared an emotional post expressing how her home and family were shattered.

She wrote, “I am speaking from a place of deep pain. My home has been broken, and my children have been left without their father. I am a mother of three, including a five-month-old infant who has yet to be held by his father. This is not a story I ever wished to share, but silence should never be mistaken for weakness.

Like many marriages, ours faced difficulties, yet it continued. I remained committed as both a wife and a mother and made sincere efforts to preserve our family. What ultimately ended this marriage was the involvement of a third party who intended to marry my husband, delivering the final blow to an already struggling union.

Following this, I endured emotional torment, mistreatment, abandonment, and extreme vulnerability during pregnancy. I chose patience for the sake of my children and the dignity of my home. The divorce process itself is legally disputed and remains under scrutiny, and the truth will emerge through proper legal channels.

To those who attempt to silence or intimidate me, know that injustice does not go unanswered. Allah says, ‘Do not think Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do’ (Surah Ibrahim 14:42), and ‘Good women are for good men, and good men are for good women’ (Surah An-Nur 24:26).

It is also important to state that documented evidence exists regarding every individual involved, though I have been threatened not to make it public. Anyone who attempts to threaten or intimidate me will be dealt with according to the law. I speak today not out of vengeance, but for the truth—for myself, for my children, and for every woman who has been told to endure in silence.”
