Speaking on the topic, Asma Abbas said that many husbands become emotionally distant from their wives as they grow older. She remarked that while they continue to talk, they often stop expressing affection through compliments or appreciation, leaving many women feeling that the warmth in their relationship has faded. According to her, many men become preoccupied with everyday issues such as politics, inflation, and family matters, while overlooking their wives’ emotional needs. Asma added that women often continue to care for and appreciate their husbands, but the same level of attention is not always reciprocated.
